Petition of Detroit Catholic Pastoral Alliance (#809), request permission for the conversion of an alley vacation/easement in the area of Gratiot Avenue, Belvidere Avenue and Lambert Avenue. (All involved City Departments, including Public Lighting Authority and privately owned utility companies have reported no objections to the conversion of the public right-of-way into a private easement for public utilities provided all provisions have been met.)
