Bryan Watson. (The Law Department recommends that Council revisit the issue of representation and indemnification for Lt. David Hansberry and P.O. Bryan Watson and further recommend a “NO” vote on the attached resolution. As such, pursuant to Section 13-11-5 of the 1984 Detroit City Code, City Council shall hold a hearing for police officers who have been denied representation.
