Submitting report relative to Discussion and Disposition of Emergency Manager Orders. (Following the meeting of the Committee of the Whole on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at which City Council assessed the current status of the forty-four orders issued by Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr, the Legislative Policy Division (LPD) was asked to provide a summary of the status of the orders and any proposed action.
