Submitting report relative to Petition of Trivium Racing (#456), request to host the “Motor City Mile” around downtown Detroit on April 11, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; with temporary street closures. (The Buildings Safety Engineering and Environmental Department has no jurisdiction with street closures. That jurisdiction rests with the Department of Public Works. However, the Petitioner may be required to secure a temporary use of land permit, perform an inspection of electrical work and comply with the provisions of ordinance of 503-H.
