Submitting report relative to Petition of RG Event (#417), request to hold “Hightail to Ale 5k Run” starting and finishing at 273 Joseph Campau, Atwater Brewery on May 15, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.; with temporary street closure on various streets. (The Buildings Safety Engineering and Environmental Department has no jurisdiction with street closure. That jurisdiction rests with the Department of Public Works. However, the Petitioner is required to secure a temporary use of land permit, have an inspection of electrical work performed and comply with the provisions of ordinance 503-H.
