Submitting report relative to Emergency Manager Order No. 39 created the Department of Innovation and Technology. (For the month of April no positions and classifications actions were taken. All positions have been created and classified. No actions were taken. Interviews continue to take place for Class IV (managers and supervisors) position. No actions taken using EM 39.
