City of Detroit, et al.; Case No.: 13-004544-NO; File No.: LE-017032; in the amount of $17,500.00, by reason of alleged assault, battery, false arrest, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent screening/hiring/training/supervision, excessive force under 1983 slander, and any and all claims arising out of the incident alleged in Plaintiff’s Complaint that occurred on November 6 and 7, 2011.
