Submitting reso. autho. Request to appropriate previously approved funds to different appropriation number and to accept an increase in appropriation for the Community Based Violence Prevention Program (Ceasefire). (On January 26, 2016, City Council approved an award increase from the U.S. Department of Justice for the Community Based Violence Prevention Program (Ceasefire) to the Detroit Police Department, in the amount of $70,000.00. The approval was requested under appropriation number 20195 in error. Approval is being requested to appropriate these funds into appropriation 13568, which will increase the previously approved amount from $1,500,000.00 to $1,570,000.)
