Submitting report relative to Petition of Crofoot Presents and AEG LIVE (#545), request to hold “Mad Decent Block Party” on August 15, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with temporary street closures. (The Buildings Safety Engineering and Environmental Department has no jurisdiction with street closures. That jurisdiction rests with the Department of Public Works. However, the Petitioner is required to secure a temporary use of land permit, comply with the provisions of Ordinance 503-H and have an inspection of electrical work performed.
