Submitting report relative to Response to request that the Law Department review the legality and propose suggested language for modifying the City Code to allow for the revocation of licenses, and/or conditional land use permits or grant of land use rights based on repeated illegal activity at a place of business. (This Honorable Body, through Councilman Scott Benson, has requested a review as to the legality of whether (i) a business license, or (ii) a permit or (iii) grant of a land use rights may be revoked or terminated based on repeated illegal activity at the premises of the business, and to suggest proposed ordinance language to effectuate these activities.)
