Submitting reso. autho. Petition of Warren Ave. Partners LLC., (#889), request permission to vacate alley located behind 17901-17931 E. Warren Ave. Parcel numbers: 21003029, 21003030 and 21003031-6. (All other involved City Departments, including the Public Lighting Authority and privately owned utility companies have reported no objections to the conversion of the public right-of-way into a private easement for public utilities.
