Submitting reso. autho. sale to Wandell Powell and Renette Jackson of surplus property at 8825 Livernois, Detroit, MI 48204. (The Planning and Development Department entered into a Purchase Agreement dated January 4, 2017 with the Offeror. Under the terms of a proposed Purchase Agreement, the Property would be conveyed to the Offeror by Quit Claim Deed (the “Deed”) for Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen and 00/100 Dollars ($2,816.00) (the “Purchase Price”). Offeror intends to rehabilitate the property, a vacant commercial structure, into its former use as a carry-out restaurant without drive-up or drive-through facilities. The proposed use is a by-right use within a B4/General Business District as per Section 61-9-76 (30) of the City of Detroit Zoning Ordinance.)
