Submitting reso. autho. sale to Paul A. Agyekum of Real Property at 14531 E. Seven Mile, Detroit MI 48205. (The P&DD entered into a Purchase Agreement dated January 30, 2017 with the Offeror. Under the terms of a proposed Purchase Agreement, the Property would be conveyed to the Offeror by Quit Claim Deed (the “Deed”) for Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($4,500.00) (the “Purchase Price”) subject to the approved transaction costs and transaction fee. Offeror intends to improve the property, a vacant lot, into a parking lot operable motor vehicles for their adjacent dental office. The property will only be used for customer and employee parking. The proposed use is a by-right use within the designated B4/General Business zoning district, as per Section 61-9-76 (22) of the City of Detroit Zoning Ordinance.)
