Submitting reso. autho. Real Property at 20133 Van Dyke, Detroit, MI 48234 (The Planning and Development Department entered into a Purchase Agreement dated February 6, 2017 with the Offeror. Under the terms of a proposed Purchase Agreement, the Property would be conveyed to the Offeror by Quit Claim Deed (the “Deed”) for Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Six and 00/100 Dollars ($3,746.00) (the “Purchase Price”). Offeror intends to use the property, a vacant paved lot, as parking for their adjacent barbershop. The property will only be used for customer and employee parking. The proposed use is a by-right use within the designated B4/ General Business zoning district, as per Section 61-9-76 (22) of the City of Detroit Zoning Ordinance.)
